1999 Crown Victoria LX 35,000 miles, the windshield wipers wont seat right and i cant figure out why theres nonthing blocking them from seating propely. Anybody know?

how far off are they?
i know mine typically stop and rest on the plastic cover. sometimes when i having nothing to do, i'll push them the rest of the way down.
do you have a pic, i'd like to see where they seat.Comment
