No it doesn't, but its an old engine(it being 2001 I figured that makes sense). So ya any help would be appreciated.

Try to find a DOHC 4.6 drivetrain from a wrecked Marauder or Mark VIII and swap that in.

It's easier to do that in the 03+ due to the change in the frame and power steering system. Yes, you can do the swap, but it just becomes more of a pain in the ass.
If I had $4500, I'd get a TorkTech kit; Mount an Eaton M122 supercharger on top and go from there.

It does no good to blow your wad on a blower and not have the platform to take advantage of it.
The formula to easy 13s NA with a 4.6 PI engine is pretty much cookie cutter. If you do cams, exhaust, converter, gears, MZT and tune you are easily there. You can probably do a throttle body and upper plenum for good measure. You can then bolt a wet N2O plate on there and put yourself in the 12s.

The HFS intake manifold has the bosses for a wet nitrous system. That, with the aforementioned, would be a sweet N/A setup.
