by far the preferred method and shop is a handheld tuner setup by Blue Oval Chips. Lonnie's customer service is legendary.

The car's onboard computer system makes a big difference with tunes. You have an obd II system which is great (and easy) for tunes.
I run a SCT Xcal3 with a tune from Lidio in my Marauder. That made a huge difference!
