I want to upgrade all most everything to upgrade my performance on my 2002 grand marquis. What is the best air filter, should i get a bigger oil and trans pan. etc

K&N panel filters are the best for the bucks. Along with a P71 zip tube and ported upper intake manifold, will wake right up. Then ditch the exhaust for a dual system and a tune. Maybe underdrive pulleys also. That should take care of a thousand dollars.sigpic

Do the whole intake. CAI, Throttle body, Marauder MAF and tune. Couple that with a J-mod and 3.55s or 3.73 gears, and that car with be awesome. Do you have dual exhaust already?
