will the 03 suspension swap onto a 99?

I know the 03 had rack and pinion and an aluminum cross member right? But i've also heard the frame was re designed no??

Just figured i'd ask...will much of the 03 suspension bolt onto a 99? k member, rack and pinion, etc

No. It's a complete redesign of the front suspension.
