I'd run a 250hp shot just once, and remember to post the video afterwards.

Oh yeah, sure, the engine will handle it.

now thats just retarded to post stuff like that.

it will handle 125shot for along time on a stock longblock

250- the pistons arent gonna make it, the rods arent real strong in these motors either. but the block and crank are alot stronger than the 5.0 it replaced

I think its the nos 5171 you want, Ill have to research it, but these kits go all the time used for $300-350

the converter is expensive but worth it

everything else but dr's can be found at the pull-a-part

"you have to pay to play- speed costs, how fast do you want to go?"

You can build anything if you have the money.
I spent a little chunk of change on the Tank and it gets 28mpg. Then again, i did build the car up for mileage.
If you want speed, that tends to cost a bit more.
Find a used Marauder converter. People like me upgrade all the time! I believe they're 2500-2800 stall. i cant remember off hand.
I snagged a used 3500 stall for $400. You just have to do some searching on ebay/craigslist/other panther forums.
            But it can be done.

torque converter, in the front of the transmission, the big donut looking thing that replaces the clutch in an auto application

you can probably get into high 13's

12's are doable, but it will take some $$$

a 3500 is smaller right? and as far as i know these are very cheep from the right person. i live in a fairly large city with alot of very generous people when it comes to car parts and custom work.

and as far as 12's go i have heard you can add headers, cut the plastic crap out of the fender to fit and also remove the smog system and have a custom shop program the Comp custom so the check engine light doesnt flash and works fine. Im talking EGR removal and what not.

I had an eclipse turbo and alls i did was add an after market MAF and took a hammer to the EGR to crush it and was still on and did a balance shaft elimator kit with an external dumb off the turbo and an extermal blow off i was in the 11 bracket and still was getting 35 MPG.

I cant see why i cant do such simple and cheap things in this same scenario. Its a ford product.. the godliest car company and most reliable!! I'm gonna just keep hope and keep blogging with your fellas!

a quality 9.5" or 10" converter is not cheap. the cheaper units start around $400, the higher quality units are around $700

                      your car weighs 4000lbs
your car does not have a turbocharger

its gonna take alot more than exhaust to get in the 12's

dont forget, you're dealing with 281ci. in its weakest form

If you don't understand why you can't mod your two ton four door sedan in the same way you did a turbocharged import and have the same result, stick to buying your cars premodded.

I am refershed we didin't have any idiots that said, "OMG no NAWS without a tune!!!" That's the reason i don't go to the vic site any longer. Anyway, to the point.

with the right saftey equipment on your N2O kit your motor will hold 100-125hp. I like the NX wet kit personally with a window switch and WOT switch as well.

You bought and ported a headlamp? That's gotta be good for at least 50 horses.

I ran a Zex wet kit in my race truck and was very please. The Zex control module is one of the few designed for fly-by-wire throttle systems too. Very easy to install and it act and a default if the N20 runs dry.
