yes and no... 03+ has a subframe up front that makes the angles and bends a little different. I think things will still bolt up, but because of different bends... the 03+ will hang quite a bit lower and possibly drag the ground. Sticking with 92-02 range is the best bet for having things fit. 95-02 for direct fit.
