I need to change the plugs on my 97 ltc, what's the difference between the two (sp432 and agsf32fm)?

I think one is a stock number. The boxes typically have the extra information on them. It’s similar to how Champion and others do it, like a RC12YC Champion plug will just say 71 on the box.
Just make sure those are the finewire platinum plugs. Not using the finewire or double platinum means you’ll be swapping plugs again.

The SP432 lists the AGSF32FM as an alternative part number. I’d venture to say they are the same. Just parts catalog reading here though.1990 Country Squire - under restoration

yeah, sales number vs OE part number. Box plugs are that way too. AWSF42C is what is on the plug, the box says SP419.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
