    Red line broke

So this went to my fuel pressure regulator, and it snapped today. It was very brittle. Should I be very worried now? Where do I get a replacement line?!

You can replace the whole thing with vac or fuel line. Or you can just patch it with a 1" section of vac line that is just big enough to slide over the broken ends of the plastic line. 5/32"? can't really remember off hand.

that line should be able to poke into some 5/32 (1/4) hose and just patch it. Though if my memory serves, it's actually 3/32 hose needed for that. If you take the section into the store to fit the bulk hose (sold by the foot) and just get a foot of whatever fits, you can cut off an inch and poke the 2 sections into the hose. It'll use more fuel (run rich) until you patch that.

Could be. Best to take the section with. Then you can be sure.

I replaced all of the brittle plastic on my car with rubber tube. Dont remember the size, I took a piece with me and matched it. The plastic was all falling apart and there were more patches than line.

I have a spool of 1/8(or 3/32, can't remember off the top of my head) in the garage just for replacing whole runs when needed. It came in really handy when repairing the Mark before Nick came and got it.
