I keep hearing about the HPP but don't really know what it's all about besides "handling performance"

HPP means Handling Performance Package. You get stiffer sway bars F & R, dual exhaust, a lower differential ratio (3.55 or 3.27) and alloy wheels. Its the closest Grand Marquis to the P71 Interceptor.R.I.P Linsey Nelson
