Hopefully I can explain this so you guys can understand what I am looking for. It's for 1988-1991 Crown Vic. Rear plastic bumper filler piece has a long strip of metal that runs underneath it. It's attached with rivets to the filler panel. I presume it's there to prevent plastic filler piece from flexing. Donor filler piece that I have has the metal piece rusted out. Would someone happen to have a clean one they could sell me?

In addition to the piece mentioned below, would someone have these things that hold the filler pieces to the car? I need both front and rear that aren't rotted out. Clean ones are preferred but ok if light rust that can be cleaned off.

Disregard the smaller pieces above. Was able to fabricate them. Still looking for the long metal strip.Comment

Couple years too late buddy. Back end of my other '90 was pristine. May hit a junkyard soon and will have a look.
