WTB: Black Grand Marquis LS with blue or red interior

I mentioned in another thread that i already own a tan 86 GM, which generally iv enjoyed & been very happy with, however id really like to upgrade to "the one of my dreams"... a Black loaded LS with blue or red interior (this color combo was a factory option wasn't it..?)

Must be Black... interior color is negotiable but Id prefer red or blue...really want the nicer plush/quilted looking seats also.

Must have turning lamps...and No rust.

Engine trouble IS OK, or anything else that is easily reparable...non working a/c or power windows etc...

A totally blown engine or CFI car would be fine as my plan is to build a 351w to put in it.

I just don't want to have to swap the entire interior, repaint the exterior and swap the fenders on my current car to get it the way i want.

Current car is an 86 Tan base model which i have already added alot of LS features to...Nice stereo...dual exhaust, extra courtesy lamps, extra speakers...various other new parts. 100K with not much rust & runs great...if anybodys interested in buying it or a trade of some sorts.
    Vehicles I currently own:

    86 Mercury Grand Marquis
    88 Lincoln Town Car
    85 Ford F250 Diesel
    83/5/6 Toyota Tercel 4WD Wagon (s)
    81 VW Rabbit Diesel
    90 Yugo GV+ EFI

The Black/Red combination is beautiful. I have wanted a car with it but it never worked out.
Black/Red was a standard combination not optional.
Too bad the red interiors were not offered after 1996 on any Ford products.

I love the black/red on my '87, one of the main reasons I purchased it.

An old GF had a '75 Black Granada with a red interior. SWEET!!

never really thought of those myself...but i guess i could look on those sites also. I was just combing craigslist...and actually i thought there would be a lot more activity here with lots of people wanting to buy & sell things. Im open to anything east of the Mississippi...Id prefer it to be no more than a days drive each way...so about 700 miles from Gettysburg PA, Max. I did drive my current one from PA to San Francisco and then back, however id like to not spend another $1500 on gas getting it here...or a plane ticket to go get it and motels etc...

While were at it, i have a list of other vehicles i would like to add to the collection... Colt Vista 4x4, Chrysler New Yorker, Nissan Stanza wagon, Subaru GL 4x4 wagon, Volvo 740 Diesel wagon (see the trend here...i like 80s wagons...)...Il travel far & wide for these as well...and probably willing to pay more than others would...

You need to add the Pinto wagon with the round port holes. The woody wagon would also be a rare sight.
I actually wanted to buy one of those new. I think the one I wanted was about $2,500.

I have an odd style...i only really like square/sharp edged cars...mostly all 80s stuff...and then i like having something for every use. Compacts for just driving myself around...wagons for hauling stuff/other people around efficiently...truck for hauling large dirty stuff around, and then of course the luxury sedans for cruising around or driving something classy (or at least in my mind anyway...a lot of people probably just see junk). I like the Colony Park wagon but i prefer the Sedans over it because i think the smaller 4x4 4-cylinder jap wagons serve the purpose of a station wagon best and the sedans serve the luxury purpose best. I did want a Chevette Diesel...but that isnt really on the list unless i find a great specimen at an unbeatable price and i have more space...the Pinto is neat and goes down in history..might consider one if i wind up with a large barn/garage to house my personal parking lot. The chevette & Pinto are also very similar to the Yugo & VW Rabbit Diesel which i already have. I actually wasnt aware there was a Pinto Wagon..

There was the pinto wagon and a Mercury bobcat wagon. The Mercury looked better I think. I still have sales brochures for them
