There was a recall for 05s but not the 06s. I just had the full steering shaft recall done and now I'm stuck with this so.. I'm trying to see if anyone has one from a past junkyard run or something laying around, y'know.__________________________________________________

+1 on rebuilding it with external relays. A used LCM is likely to fail in the same way yours has already. External relays will make it out-last the rest of the car. Google for Ford LCM relay and you'll find various information on how to do it.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
