Considered importing one from the states? Like, from the south? There are a million rust free ones down there, I'm sure.
Use searchtempest.com, go nuts. Both my '91s from Ohio have very little rust. But they still have rust, I guess.

I own an 88 MGM with no rust (the bottom is almost undercoated from the oil leaks from the VCs and lower intake though).
Though, if I were to sell it, it would be sans the stereo.
