MAF is more tollerant to higher flow mods (intakes and exhaust) as it uses metered air instead of density. Speed density has a split second less lag (air doesn't actually have to flow to make fuel changes). once you get into higher HP ranges though... it's irrelevant. SD has one less sensor (no MAF). Overall... MAF is generally easier to modify. Once you get into higher power ranges and start tuning... OBDII MAF is the easy to tune one and the pre-OBDII ones are about the same as far as tunability (PITA).

That's about all I know on the subject.

Pete (Mcninetyone) is pulling me the Chrome Fuel Rails this weekend, if they are still in nice shape that is.

We just had a huge new U-Pull-it junkyard open up only 3 miles from my house. Went there yesterday, on my day off, and couldn't find a single car made before 1990. I have to make a 60 mile trip to get to the good junkyard in Rock Hill, and they are only open Mon-Fri 9-5p, which means I have to take off work and miss out on making money, unless I have a day off. So, most of the time anymore it's actually cheaper for me to pay someone else to find my parts for me, than go and search for them myself. With all the parts I need, anyone who is willing to get them for me is probably gonna be making bank off me during the next year. Next, I need a nice Core Support from a box Towncar, but large, hard to pull, and expensive to ship things like that I will get myself.

            Another score from mcninetyone!

This is what the Lincoln Logs look like, for anyone who is wondering.

Supposedly both of them together still weigh less than one cast iron manifold, and I don't have to relocate my HEGO's. Pure Win!

Did you talk to Scott about the logs?

Didn't need to, mcninetyone helped me out for a good price. I'm just gonna start contacting him directly when I need something instead of posting it here. He seems to have really good parts connections.
