I also noticed 4 or 5 more Marauders for sale on this site all of which are much higher price than this one. but all seem to be in nicer condition.

If the body and interior are nice, and it does not have a salvage title,it is a good deal. The mechanical stuff can be fixed/replaced reasonably. The Marauders and CV sports models are nice.
