That driver side hood hinge tho. Needs some love.
Other than that... I can see no issues with that car. Looks like it has the smaller V8 though, I'm not used to looking under those hoods.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that it looks like a 460?

        Looks like a Cleveland/midland motor. 351 or maybe a 400.

I say 460. Get Grand1 in here, he's got something like this. Awesome car though, just worth about $3,500 to me.

Interior looks awesome. Is that factory upholstery?

It's a 460 mangs although hard to tell from a 400 in that pic. Water pump/thermostat is the give away. 460 is like a big 302 in appearance. 351M/400 looks like some alien in comparison. Dry intake, no timing cover, and fuel pump on the wrong side. They even threw a Q jet on some. I see lots of GM influence in those things.

That's definitely a 460, there is no mistaking those valve covers. Even if you don't know the other differences between the 351M/400 and the 429/460's
                    They only came on 429/460's.
Although the Mustang BOSS 351C did come with aluminum valve covers close to that.
But it doesn't take long to learn the differences between the 351C covers and the 429/460.

amazing how small that engine looks in that car. If it was a wagon... I might be all over that.

When I was a kid we had that car in grey with red interior. It was nice.

Motor is a 460, just like mine. It needs some interior work, like the very hard to find arm rests. C pillar sail panels need to be redone. Hood hinges. Cracked steering wheel which can cut you ! Typical problems of those cars. Wish a picture was provided of the whole dash. Many options were possible.
Otherwise it looks straight. Being a 2 door helps. Seller will take offers.

I noticed the same stuff going on, why I think $3,500 is a fair offer for that. I love the colors and that it's well optioned. I would certainly own that. Since I was a kid I have wanted a 1977 Lincoln Town Car coupe with all the goodies.
