Says it's an '89, but it has the clear '91-style marker lights. Guy doesn't seem to know what he's talking about (454, haha), so it may not be a PI, but it may be a good deal for someone looking for one? I know these things are fairly difficult to come by these days.

Lots of folks swap in the 91 clear lenses so they can run goofy colors. If it has a carb under the hood and a 351w, that would be cool. If it's a ragged out P71 with a 302... meh. Sounds like a curbstoner with a signed title and didn't actually get it titled himself and looking to make a quick flip. I'd pass it like a Sunday driver on I-10 in West Texas.

Prob is P72 with the dog dish. The later box era steel wheel civi cars didn't get the tabs on the wheels to hold the hubcaps. Or a wheel swap.1990 Country Squire - under restoration

That's probably a 91 CVPI, it has the spotlight hole in the A pillar and the front clears.
It does't look like a car anyone has ever made an effort to do or change anything, including the oil!
That guy probably doesn't know or care if it's an 89 a 91 or an 01, no more than he knows or cares that it's a 302, 351 or 454.
Sounds like his only interest is the money.
I doubt he would even bother to answer a question, just pay me and get that thing out of here is probably his attitude.
