I don't think it's overpriced, but I do think that it probably won't sell and will end up going for $1k as a derby car after it sits unsold for a month or two. Speaking in CAD, $1000-1500 is now a typical going rate for a good derby car.

There's no demand locally besides as derby cars (and me).

Someone looking for a wagon might want to take a look at that, it passes as a pretty solid looking car that may not need much to be ready to rack up some mileage.
The derby people are talking about it, so as the clock ticks and the lower offers start getting considered, it'll likely go to that fate.

If I had the room I’d take the 88 and 90 pair. Best body style of both imo. I’ve been contemplating getting an 88-91 mgm to daily but I picked up an F150 not too long ago. Decisions decisions.

My sentiments exactly! Many times, they are asking "pie in the sky" prices and don't even include photos under the car or under the hood. Since many of these cars a re being bought "sight unseen" that is the least they can do!

There is a clean '84 Grand Marquis, 302 factory carb, being parted out probably as a derby car in the Facebook group "519autoparts".
It is in Waterford.

It has a rear sway bar visible in photos. The fat one!

It's a substantial drive for me (3hrs each way). Tempting, but that's a lot of gas and time.

It notably has all new exhaust which has been removed carefully for resale, which in and of itself is tempting but again, distance.

Update: the sway bar has sold. Wondering if it was to the guy on here in London...not too far away.
