my car starts and it has AC. Yours doesn't start and it has no AC. Seems obvious to me.

probably the same way a 302 would... crack in the timing cover.

Could also just be lower intake/valve cover leaks.

What's GMN price?
@marquisman: You've been having cars Krowned for how long? Was that '85 CP oiled since new? I'd like to hear first hand just how "good" it is at deterring rust, especially with the frame, brake/fuel lines and floor pans. I think it's impossible to get things like wheel lips, seams & edges to not corrode. I've been Krowning everything that sees salt but the only car I've held on to that has been Krowned is my Town Car and that hasn't seen any salt short of the 200% blast it got coming back from Arizona mid February...1985 LTD Crown Victoria - SOLD

Yea, the derby guys have upped what they will pay for a ligit solid car. Now, they don't even come off as derby guys. I figure, someone will inquire if they are truly interested in what I have for sale.
As for Krown oil, I highly recommend it. Its excellent for preserving a nice car and does very good for stopping rust from spreading. The wagon has been oiled only since I have had it in Ontario, it lived in Alberta(where they dont use salt) for the years of it life before me. When I got the wagon, the frame was the factory black color and same with the floor pans being factory white in color. Just Had issues where the sand gets trapped in the rear quarters, behind the rear tires. All in all, Krown has done an excellent job of keeping my wagon in good shape. Just remember, it has to be done at least once a year and mud flaps help from the oil from washing away. Thats why the wagon has big ones on it.

I recommend that to everyone who asks about it and do it once a year as recommended.. Just want to be sure I shouldn't use my own cocktail of sorts. Might break down and buy the sprayer & a can of T40 so I can do it myself. I always find myself touching up spots that they didn't seem to get. You watch the demo videos online and those cars look like they were dipped in T40 lol. But the reality I've seen is that they don't get everywhere with it and so a touch-up is necessary.1985 LTD Crown Victoria - SOLD
