Looks like almost twin to mine... but that suspension is roached. Way too low all around.

Also, my headlight doors open fully in like 6 hours or so, but when I spent the night at my best buddy's house and parked nose down angle they were closed, well passenger side 1/4 open, driver full closed.

Of course they all leak down eventually, but I'm sure this one needs plenty of work. Pretty though.

Yeah, I used to live in Canton. Looks like a nice car. Throw some suspension goodies at it, swap out the fluids, fix the windows and drive it till something else breaks. I get all giddy at the sight of rust free stuff, we salt states just don't see stuff like that all too often.

Eh, it can't be! If anything it needs a lil mechanical work but when you start with something clean you're already ahead. All the trim is nice, glass is good, lenses are clear and not all yellowed out, bet the interior is good too. We might have to go check that out...

When I was googling around on the '80 that was for sale up near Cleveland, OH (for a parts car & 351w for me, it had a rust hole in rear bumper, guy was asking like 1000obo & it was a four door, anyway), I found out the upper or lower control arms on the Mark VI are tubular on '80 only, or something. It's not a big brake upgrade, but I bet it makes them handle slightly better.

Would make a good all weather beater, 1000 is hard to beat if it's mechanically sound. There was an '81 LTD coupe which was bare bones for $1,500. If I needed a spare car I would've scooped that up. Anyway, I'm going on n on about this '80 because of how clean it is. People outside of the salt states just don't know our pain! It's hard to find clean crap around here and our only option is to wait patiently for someone to sell a clean car (usually at above average price) or go down south and get one for themselves but there a big cost associated with that so you might as well pay a guy his inflated asking price...
