Oh dear lord, those ads are great! You have to laugh, you just have to!
Is your vinyl top cracked? fuck it, grab the saws all and "customize" that bitch lol I've got to admit though, it looks kind of cool from a distance... then you get up on it and see the jagged exposed metal ready to cut you open if you even look at it wrong. "THIS IS NOT A FACTORY CONVERTIBLE" really? You don't say.
And the second post I can't tell if he's trying to rip off some ignorant donk enthusiast or if he really believes that "antique" is actually worth that much. My favorite part was when he said "only serious offers for the car please"... I should send him a message saying "I work on an oil rig and must send the money via paypal but before you can receive the payment you must send $1000 to a western union rep to prove you're legit" just for the hell of it.Last edited by BuffaloRider; 07-03-2013, 10:22 PM.

My favorite part of the first ad was the part that said "windshield is cracked." I'd hate to fail inspection in that thing because of a nicked windshield!

The second ad was even more ridiculous to me because there are at least three '89s in my area (all in good shape too) going for $2500 and below.
