First one looks OK, but a little bit "clowned up". (grille painted black, boy-racer guages stuck on the A-pillar, I would even bet there is a POLICE INTERCEPTOR badge stuck on the back somewhere)

What's wrong with the grille being painted black?

There is nothing wrong if the car is just a daily driver, but for a restoration the black grille was not factory and therefore is not correct.
