That item was mostly on the 78 Mark V Diamond Jubilee editions and then the 79 Mark V Collector's series and the 79 Continental CS.
I would think that a few of the "designer" Marks (Blass, Pucci, etc) may have had it as well.
Like the ad says, there was a little button in the sunvisor. Pretty neat for over 30 years ago. I attached a pic from my 79 Continental Brochure.

1980 to 1983 Mark VI have these as well. My old 1980 Mark VI have that too.

there isnt a difference. those will work all the way up to '91.
i just installed drivers side switches from a '90 because the chrome was peeling on the top edge of my squarer oe's.
the '90 - '91 switches are slightly more rounded on top i assume to combat the peeling of the '72-'89 switches.
