Yes. I have a similar name brand version. If you can get room to put the C clamp in there, you can do the uppers ON the car. I still removed them for ease of access.

Thanks for the info, doing it on my Vic and Marquis so it will pay for itself as pressing bushings is around $100 in these parts.

Mine is an Astro Pneumatic branded tool. I've used my 1/2 impact gun on it with no issues.
