Very interesting car. The top is done so that it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. If you like vinyl tops and wagons, I guess this would be the perfect car.
The Mercury speedometer is interesting. My thoughts were that it was a service replacement.
The Marti report intrigued me. From what I gather, 30% of the 1991 P77 wagons were sent to the New York DSO. I know it's pretty dense in population up there, but that still seems high. I wonder how that compares to other years and models.

never seen a vinyl top wagon before that had visible back windows. Usually only see that on a hearse. The round dent in the top is also odd, guessing thats where the bubble light sat?
