I picked up one of those from that same seller a while back. Nice piece. I bought it because the circuit on my GM was damaged and the fuel gauge didn't work. I ended up fixing that with a used CV cluster.
Any idea what the difference is between this circuit and the -B circuit? The -A circuit has one extra trace on it.

You will also need to remove the front bumper foglights/marker lights before the installation. Our rocker panel trim will cover the lights' holes on the front bumper and the old body trim glue traces for a newer look!

For those wondering....Two doors were never made after 87. This body sports newer front end as well as body moldings. Curious how the rear end wound up.
So with that intimate knowledge I believe the mileage is correct as it didn't get driven hardly at all, and the condition shows it! Nearly immaculate interior! Would be perfect if it weren't for a cracked dash pad.
