An inverted Scrooge McDuck. I had an 85 Seville that had that in its bustleback. For some reason, any extra "tire" I see on a vehicle is a distraction for me. The one above looks like a second rate inflatable toy.

Fake tire on trunk looks like a JC Whitney special from the early 90s. Wonder when the last oil change was done ?
