I have parted out my stock Subaru outback roof rack. For sale are the 4 tie down brackets, bolts and small backing plates. Each tie down is rated for Max of 150 lbs. I am sure someone can used these in their trunk, wagon cargo area or even a pickup. All in good condition. One bolt head is stripped. $40 shipped in the US.
