I have an almost new and newly cleaned/recharged K&N air filter, attatched with vibrant silicon boost couplers and stainless clamps, to a ford 75mm MAF that has been ported and smoothened, matched to a 3" piece of thin wall steel tubing with a mandrel bend elbow. After it was constructed, including welding up bungs for the 2 nitrous nozzles, it was enamel painted, baked, and insulated with 1/2 heat matt, and now wrapped with black wrap to top it off.
The intake fits a 65mm tb perfect and the filter sits up where the washer fluid tank comes on these cars so it pulls in cold air from behind the headlight area. Put allot of time and money into it and got good gains. Looks brand new because it pretty well is and worked very well.
Filter/piping/couplers/ported MAF meter(for 19lb injectors), insulation and wrapped complete CAI $100
-Add $25 for each fully polished nitrous nozzle if you need them
-add $50 for a fully converted mint 65mm throttle body
ported out 75mm ford MAF sensor
MAF with K&N and vibrant boost silicon coupler
