    '87 Grand Marquis parts

There's a rusted out '87 GM for sale in my area. The owner will let the whole car go for $100. It hasn't been on the road since '05 and doesn't run...Is there anything you mangs need?? If I get enough parts requests, I may consider buying the car to part out. There's a scrap man interested in buying it but the owner said she will hold onto it until next weekend for me. I took some pics and will post them soon. If you have any questions/requests, please let me know right away!

This is also an 4 door. The interior is red. The exterior is junk...Stuff that might be worth removing:

        -grill (average)
-front headlight trim and side marker lenses (average)
-rear taillights (poor, one has a small crack)
        -5.0 EFI engine cover (poor)
-spare door panel switch in box (looks good, from Ford but not tested)
-interior door panel switch panels (average)
-steering wheel and horn pad (good)
-tape deck (not tested) and trim (good)
        -analog gauges
        -passenger side dash trim
        -wheel cover removal tool

Oh man that makes me want to cry I wish it could be completely saved (Especially since it looks so similar to my own) but I guess those Canadian winters take a tole on the cars. I might be interested in the left taillight if it's not cracked, the speedometer bezel, a spare windshield wiper governor, and (I know it's wierd) but those thin foam sheets behind the front speakers. BUT I'm afraid shipping from Canada would cost more then you'd ask for the parts

EDIT: And just for laughs, is that old lady in one of the pictures the owner?

              sorry mangs...

About an hour after I posted the pics, the seller informed me that the scrap man paid her a visit with cash in hand. Money talks and the car is now gone...

Marg is her name. She drove the car A LOT before letting it sit. The odometer reading was over 371,000 kms...

ah crap... I could have used one of the rear ash-tray lids. The latch is broken on one of mine in my 88.
