Clean 86 Town Car for sale

    http://www.grandmarq.net/vb/showthre...ean-86-Towncar....

Selling my 86 Lincoln Town Car, car runs great, no running issues whatsoever. Everything works fine. Pics are in the above thread. There are some of the interior and exterior of the car. I have modified the car with a air intake system, bbk chrome shorty headers, matching bbk x-pipe, and a mac pro dump exhaust system. Car sounds pretty mean, loud but mean. Drives awesome. Im taking offers right now for it, dont really have a set price. The car is a Florida car and doesnt have any rust. Clean title and no accidents. Engine is out of a 90-91 grand marq, not sure of the mileage. If you need anymore info, PM me and we can discuss more details.

Just wanted to throw a little more info out about the car. I made the 1st post quick due to time I had available. The car is located in Citrus County Florida, I dont like to give specific unless we are planning to meet. Its located in West Central Florida about a hours drive north of Tampa, about 1 hour south of Gainsville Florida. The car as stated is a 86 its pretty clean car as the pics show. Its not perfect, the vinyl top on the passenger side at the bottom has some wear but its not too bad. The car has normal scratches you could expect from 86 car that was driven. I would give the outside 7-8 out of 10 for a car of that was driven almost daily for its entire life. The interior is pretty mint 9-10 to 10-10 its about as factory fresh as u can get. Things the car will need are maybe rubber window trim, it needed some a while back and my grandfather used so rubber paste stuff to patch. I personally dont like it so I would replace it if I was going to keep the car. Thats only around the drivers side and passenger side front windows. The car will need shocks, my grandfather loved the floaty ride so he never replaced them. Its not dangerous but she floats haha. The ac works great but at times it cuts out and blows hot air, seems to happen on accelaration on hot days. Cooler days arent really a problem. I looked into it and it appears to be a vacuum issue, I dont drive the car much so it didnt bother me. Car will need a alignment, the car drove str8 as a arrow till I put 2 new tires on the back. Now it pulls to the drivers side. Why I dont know, pulled the car into Sears got 2 new tires on the back, drove out and she was outta of wack. So a alignment will need to be done. As stated car has 2 new tires on the back, front tires will need replaced soon. Car was garage kept 75% of its life, and the other half its been under a carport. My grandfather was the second owner of the car and got it from him when he passed away in december of 09. I never retitled the car in my name, I just renewed the tags and insurance and drove it around the past little bit. I was going to make something different out of it, try to make it quick. 347 stroker or drop a 351 in it but i have got to much going on to mess with it now.
