2 Box Mega Package Sale Super Deal!!! Waggin and cop car!!!

    Located in Albertson, NC

Car 1. 1991 CV Wagon. (No wood on sides). 5.0, 200K plus??? miles.
    Trailer Tow package, 3.55 Posi.
Transmission has been rebuilt sometime in past 6 years, but I doubt it has 20K miles put on it since then.
(White with black hood and driver fender, Tan interior) Body good condition and the tail gates works. interior good shape.
Has a new set of Monroe Shocks.
Included uninstalled: New 3G Alternator kit, New Driver side Tail Pipe, HO Upper Intake, Mustang factory headers. (might be some more stuff I forgot)

Car 2. 1983 P43 CV Original NC State Patrol Spec Car. 351W. 121K miles
Blue with blue interior. Has bench seat. Body has some issues as prior owner had cheap over rust paint job done. Car is now nick named "bubbles" Interior is in need of some restoration.
Dual Exhaust replaced with incorrect single exhaust by previous owner. KYB Police shocks installed.
Included, but not installed: Eldebrock intake (one of those 2 or 4 barrel option units. Don't have the number at the moment.) Mustang Off Road H Pipe 2.5'", I think. And a gray dash pad.

    Misc Items:

4 Ranger Splash 15 inch Chrome Wheels, new or nearly new, plus lug nuts.

8 14 inch Ranger steel wheels.

    Manuals, (Haynes and Clymers)

And whatever else I can find to throw in.

Both cars can be titled and driven. Both have the normal leaks, etc.

$2500.00 takes everything or make an offer. You might be surprised.

I'll get some new pics when it stops raining..here's the old pics.

Reason? My schedule and other factors just doesn't allow me to put the money and time into these neat cars to get them like I want. rather get them to someone who will make proper use of them.

(Add $2500.00 and I'll throw in a 97 Royal Star with a leaking clutch line)

You are really tempting me with that '83 CVPI.

What's the rust situation looking like with her body/undercarriage? Is the PS Frame Bulkhead solid?

Underbody looks fine from what I've seen. Rust problems are the roof area above the b pillar drivers side and bottom of doors. The car had been given a cheapo paint job without proper body prep. car feels pretty solid and drives well for it's age.

A good body man could save this car, I'm sure. I don't want to sell it around here, it'll wind up in a derby or something. Hope to sell it to someone who'll not junk it.

Still got the state serial number in the glove compartment.

Still wet and nasty here. I'll try to get some detail shots once we dry out. I'll consider all reasonable offers.

The wagon has cruise (that works) and a Lincoln leather steering wheel.

Make an offer. I'll break the set.

How road worthy are both these cars?

I just bought a nice '87 F-150 today, so I guess I won't be able to save 'er. My wallet is drained currently, and my driveway is nearly full. I own 5 vehicles now. If no one else has bought/saved the car by this summer, I will reconsider taking it off your hands.

I've used both as drivers to and from work since I've had them. 24 miles one way.

The 83, I'd drive it pretty much anywhere around several counties. Just have to watch the oil because of leaks. not real bad, but I'd carry an extra quart if running a couple hundred miles. Good brakes, good suspension, good tranny.

The wagon needs some more attention. The oil leak around the intake is pretty nasty. Runs good, good tranny. Brakes need work. Stops fine, but I think there's a warped rotor or two. Driver's side exhaust pipe needs replacing (have that). Really just needs some love and attention. oh yeah, that TV bushing thing was replaced shortly after I got it. Fix the oil leak, fix the brakes, get some new tires, I'd pretty much drive it anywhere.

Good old cars in need of a good home.

Hmm. So it probably wouldn't like a 600+ mile road trip.

The wagon? I wouldn't take it on an interstate in it's current state. More to do with the uncertainty of the tires/brakes. Definitely would need a case of oil just in case.

The 83? I've put 250 miles on it in a week with no problem, but I've never taken on a long trip. I've run the highway at 60-65 mph with no issues. Most I've done in a day is about 100 miles. I did stick it on the tail of a 90's Mustang GT on the back roads and had no problem hanging, curves and all. Gotta love the cop suspension.

I honestly can't guarantee how either would take a 600 mile trip.

Nope. Has the doors, but not the seats. Wife loved it for hiding Christmas presents.

Hmmm. Now I want the 83. Not that I have any need at all for another panther, but I really want to take another road trip. How rust free is it, and how bad is the interior? I'd assume being from NC it's pretty clean underneath, but could you take some pics if you get a chance? When was it last on the road?

I'm not in the market, but that 83 looks really nice. It's like a police/base model version of mine.
