I bought my wife's TC which was from Northern Washington State in 2001. Flew up, bought the car the next morning and drove it down to Ca. It is a very scenic drive. I bought the car on Ebay which was ok. Unless you see the car in person you really don't see everything. I put about $1,500 more into it when I got it home. It was my choice to do so as I wanted it a certain way. You got a real cherry car.

      Nice car.
You gotta post up a bigger photo of that window sheet. Don't see m(any) originals like that.

      Alex.
Had a hard time trying to figure out if the heavy duty package was the towing package but after a bit of digging I think it isn't. Towing comes with dual exhaust and couple other things I think.
      Here is the window sticker.

I was going through the TON of paperwork for this car. They kept every receipt. Every single one. Trans rebuilt in 2004 (I think), every battery since 1991, AC build, etc. Hell, I even have their credit application. It is pretty cool to go through the history like that.

Cool, thanks for posting the window sticker!

Yeah, can't believe they'd sell posi, oil cooler and 3.55's for only 26 bucks haha. Wonder what the heavy duty suspension was. Also, it's a bit odd that the rear gear ratio isn't listed...

Awesome documentation. Clear cost $230! Wow.

My 88 wagon has hd suspension. It's not the tow package as you figured out. It's heavier duty springs and shocks I suppose. I do remember reading it was not available with the handling package (which got you the small rear sway).
