to get that much, you'll need a body lift kit as well... Go 2-3 inches on springs and then the rest on the body (you'll need to re-mount the bumpers). Any more than that and you'll be running into issues with the rear axle geometry and really start destroying bushings on a regular basis. You will also need to loosen all the bolts on the rear control arms and re-tighten them at the new resting position (put the rear up on ramps so the suspension is under the normal load of the car).
After that, you'll be looking into fabrication and re-engineering stuff.
I also haven't seen anything larger than an inch lift for the front springs. I'm sure cups would work up in the frame, but you'd have to have the spring ID measurement for that, and I don't know that one, nor do I have easy access to that one.

I was going for a look like goodsamaritans wagon but he's been inactive for a long time it seems. As long as I can fit a 31 in the front without rubbing I'll be satisfied. Already have them in the back. Just enough to make a unique look I guess. Not gonna be rock crawling with it haha. And sadly the bushings in this car are all toast already, mostly just dust now. The rear springs were done in 1999 but the fronts are original and they all need replacing regardless. So with any luck replacing the wet sponge springs and shocks will get it off the ground a little, but still not sure what year f150 springs would work best. The car is already a unicorn around here, but I can't stand keeping things looking original long.Current cars:
1989 Crown Victoria LTD wagon, 94,872 miles
1990 Volvo 240 DL 318,513 miles
I've tried foreign cars but I always come back to Ford in the end.

kinda what I figured you'd be going for. I gave the warning about the suspension lift in the rear since it was his wagon that was tearing up bushings with a 4 inch lift. Of course, if you dropped the change for adjustable heim joint rear control arms... it would sort that problem real quick. But that would definitely be a custom (cut to length) set I would think. The main issue is the upper control arms just get too steep of an angle going at the diff mounts and just twist the bushings clean out after a while.
