    First time Panther owner

Hey all, I've always loved the Panther platform Fords, I currently drive a 2002 Sport Trac with over 200k miles(its my first vehicle). The other day I picked myself up a 1989 Lincoln TownCar for $500, its got around 105,000 miles and is in pretty good shape for being 25 years old, I can't wait to get it certified for the road and start modding it! So the Sport Trac is for sale and with the money I make from selling it, Ill have enough money to get my Lincoln on the road

Nice TC! Does it need a lot to be road worthy?

Nice car! Someone must have changed the turn signal lights to clear, which to most people is preferable to the 89 only amber lenses.

it needs about $1400 in work to be road worthy. the only major thing is front and rear brake lines..still, not bad for a 25 year old car!

Its grey. I found an '88 Signature Series at the wreckers with nicer looking grey seats with the Lincoln logo etched into the front and rear seats so I may get those when I get it on the road

I had it custom made some time ago with plans to put it on my truck, but I saved it and put it on the TC It actually looks awesome and is a funny plot twist to the "JDM as F*ck" stickers I see on every 1990s Hatchback Civic with a fart can and 19" rims lol

Welcome aboard! Car looks great. I love when a nice clean box comes out of the woodwork.
1990 MGM: $50 E7 heads, HO cam, Holley SysteMAX lower intake, HO upper intake with an Explorer TB. LSC ECM. Lincoln logs into stock dual exhaust. K&N drop in air filter. Wide ratio AOD, 2400 converter with a 3.08 one tire fire out back. Car is less slow now. Then there's the '92 Beater. Dual 2.25" exhaust with shiny tips. Rumbles nice. Super slow. Burns oil too.
