Yeah! Also, most 4.6L 2v Mustang parts work as well.

You should get a bigger throttle body and intake plenum. That is a noticeable difference. You can also add under drive pullies as well. Also, think about doing the J-mod to the transmission along with aluminum driveshaft.
Rear gears and a tune really wake these cars up.
And eventually, invest in a good aftermarket torque converter.

P71s did not have any improved engine performance parts on them.
All Panthers received the PI heads and PI intake manifold starting 01.

Also, throttle body size is measured by inside diameter, not outside. The largest one I know of is the 78mm BBK unit that encompasses the intake plenum.
You will want to look for all 99-04 GTs for parts. Everything EXCEPT the cold air intakes will fit.
You can swap PCMs after you get the PI swap done. That will help it run more gooderer. Just make sure the Pather you take it out of is 01+.
Blue Oval Chips offers great tunes for our vehicles. Each tune is custom build. Which means it's built just for your car and your car only, depending on your mods.
If I were you, I would load up on bolt-ons, (T-body, plenum, underdrives, gears, Limited SLip differentail, dual exhaust, J-mod,) maybe a torque converter, then do the PI swap AND get a tune.
It will feel amazing after that.
Because the tune is built for your car, you're better off waiting until you need and tune. These PCMs can learn. Hell, my 93 is almost to the point of needing a tune!
So, rock and roll!

(ps. interceptor parts are a myth. Just like the "Cop Chip. NON-EXISTENT All 01+ Panther engines have the same engines P71s have.)08 Lincoln Navigator L - 233k

So question, does anyone here have a clear under body shot of the dual exhaust set up on a aero or whale? i am working on getting my dual exhaust set up put together and need to see what type of drive shaft clearance i am looking at. I am not wanting to run the pies out te back I am planning on side exit in front of the rear tires at a 45 degree angle. My biggest question is if i run straight back from the parralel sections of the factory h-pipe with glass packs will i run into clearance issues?

Just install the glass packs where the mufflers should go and run a u-pipe out the back of the glasspack. Then angle out your exhaust.
I hope this helps.
