    Hey guys! 89 merc

    I bought an 89 merc grand marquis about 2 months ago for 800 bucks, 105000 miles 302 car blue with a white top. I have put about 6 thousand on it, k&n filter, tune up, msd coil and true duels getting 25 mpg Hope to do a few more upgrades, maybe headers for now but when this 302 gives out, its getting a turbo'd 302

        knowing the lopos... you can typically expect them to run damn near forever if the seals keep the oil in. Also, there's no stock size headers... if you change the headers, you'll need adapters to mate up with the stock size pipes or a complete system. Many threads on what that system can be with bolt-on stuff in the box tech area though.
