    hey guys whats up? i just bought a 1994 grand marquis ls

    hey sup i like this site so far, like i said i just bought a grand marquis its got 350,000 still running strong burns a bit of oil tho lol, i just drove it from bancroft ontario to victoria bc. 4300 kms with no problems loven this car

      That's a lot of confidence to have in a car you just bought and (probably) don't know much about! Good to hear it didn't let you down. Original engine/trans? How does it shift? I'm quite new to the forums too, but welcome!

        ya all orignal drivetrain it shifts good, sometimes it clunks wen you shift out of overdrive but not real hard tho but what can you expect from a car thats alomsot 20 years old.

            Click on "go advanced" and use the Manage Attatchments button. Once that window pops up, browse to the pictures you want to post, and hit upload.


            If you're so inclined, you may be able to fix the oil burning problem with a new set of valve seals. pre-96 engines had seal issues.

                  Click post reply, click manage attachments, click browse, go to the folder, or device that has your pictures, if you're uploading more than one picture, click the plus button. When you're ready to upload, press upload, when it's done, press done. And post your post with the attachments added.

                            i wanna put dule with cherry boom glaspacks, will that make my gas milage worse? i herd it wood improve my milage

                              if you have single exhaust now... duals will help power a little which will help mileage a bit. Don't expect more than one or two MPG gains though. And if you hammer it to hear the exhaust rumble, expect 2-4mpg loss.
