Nah not really. It'll still be kinda quiet but not as. You'll hear the difference when you first crank it and when you kick down on it. But as far as power wise you wouldnt know it.

Better off just doing the duals.
Go to Advanced or ROCKAUTO.COM.
The tail pipe you need is only $27 and the H-pipe is $74. You can pick whatever mufflers you want. That is all stock size pipe. That's what I put on my Tank. And if you want bigger, than you're going to have to go to the muffler shop and pay.
Check out the 4.6 forum. We have some good info there.

well i crawled up under the gm today. bad news was that the stock muffler and one cat was almost rusted off, with budget restrictions holding me back my choices where to replace a stock oem muffler and oem cat quote was 300+ or to delete both rear cats and do a glasspack. so for a whopping $75 i had it done. it sounds awesome, a bit loud, but pretty good. the better thing is my exhaust guy says he will do a full custom h-pipe duel system for $150!!! so hoping to get it done by january. so today i had all the piping from the front cats back replaced to the tail and all i have to add in january is the other side. good deal i think!!.
