    pics of my box'd vic

Its an 86 SEFI car with a clean interior and power everything that works, the wheels are 97 explorer teardrops. For an LX that has 125,000 miles it runs good. not too many plans for it other than dual exhaust and a possible ignition upgrade. all in all i think its a cool car.

eventually i wanna find the 79-82 LTD tailights, i already converted to the older grill. later ill post pics of the engine and whatnot but like i said i dont want to put a whole lot into it cause i have another project going on, my 72 mustang thats getting a 5 speed and a built explorer motor with a tfs stage one cam, GT40P heads and im gonna wire it up to use EEC fuel injection.
any thanks for checking it out and this is an awesome website to be a part of. i wish more of you guys were out here in so cal.

                  thanks guys.....

im based in the inland empire part of so cal. i have to say trading a 460 for that CV it was definately worth it. i like my 72 mustang though, any body can build a 67-70 but it takes someone with gall to build a 72.

That vic looks really nice. I like the hood and wheel combo, not sure if you did that on purpose or just haven't got around to painting the hood yet. Oh and Welcome.

i originally wanted to have a white hood but....

the white car i was robbin parts off of at the yard had gotten crushed so i settled on a blue hood but rather than live with an awful contrast in color i painted the hood black. and as for the wheels i had the idea pop into my mind when i couldnt find a single set of p71 17 in steelies. im gonna run my daisy mags off my mustang this year when i go to the fabulous fords forever show.that should look wild

How funny! I have a '85 Crown Vic and a '73 Mustang and I also live in southern Cali. When you want to race, grab the Mustang- when you want to relax, grab the Crown Vic... anyways I like the black hood, looks tough. Welcome!

BTW when and where is the fabulous Ford show?
