    noob from florida

Whats up everybody... great informational site! The names Josh. Ive been lurking around here for a while so I thought i would say hello. I recently bought an '88 box wagon for $400 and i think its the best investment Ive made. It says 15,xxx on odometer so Im guessing 115,xxx hopefully not 215,xxx. Either way its reliable everyday but has its issues.

The good: Rust free everywhere (except small scratches in paint)
    Straight body
    Box wagon
    Still gets me from A-B

The bad: TV cable was disconnected when I purchased and I found out about it too late. My tranny will only shift up to 2nd in drive and slip in to neutral in overdrive at 35-40.
Its has rough/high idle and stumbling at times.

Regardless I love the car and want to restore it to the badass wagon it once was. Will post pics and describe running condition in 5.0 tech tomorrow, but for now its bed time.

nice buy! get a new tranny in it and drive the wheels off of it.
