    Hi guys

Good evening gentlemen... I finally remembered my password.

I am sure some of you might remember me from another forum under the same name. If you do, thats awesome. Alot of the old timers should or hopefully will remember me..

I have a 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria with the 2bbl 351windsor. Former Washington State Patrol Commercial Vehicle Enforcement vehicle. It has 146xxx miles on it and still runs great. Although it does need a good carb cleaning/rebuild (example: gets really warm in stop and go traffic and feels like its gonna vapor lock when I hit the gas, so I have to accelerate slowly). I wish I knew what is causing it. Its made of fail.

I also have some photos for you to enjoy. So none of this stuff. (Car is for sale if anyone is interested)

A mighty fine cop mobile. BTW, it might feel like it's made of fail because it was a major component used in the construction of VV carbs....or so I am told. No experience with them at all.

ps I like the stance your Vic has...I don't know if it's because of the pic or the angle or what, but maybe it's got something to do with the cop springs *shrug*

                    either way, nice

I thought it was as simple as putting a better carb on there?
