    Hey guys

    Hey just thought i'd introduce myself to you guys. I live in northeast ohio and took some classes for auto tech right after high school out at UNOH. I worked at a body shop for the past two years but quit 3 weeks ago so i now have some experience in that field. I own a 1999 Grand Marquis that is my daily driver and a 1978 F-150 thats my project. Eventually I'd like to build a motor for the Marquis but funding is hard to find so thats probably a ways off.

    By the way this site looks like it has a lot to offer as far as resources and meets for these cars. I haven't been able to find anything for these cars as far as performance or bodywork other than the occaisional Marquis/Vic on 24" rims with flowmasters.

            there are mods for the 4.6 in the grand marquis, but let me warn you, most are not cheap

            1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt
            2006 Lincoln Town Car Signature. Stock for now
            1989 Ford F-250 4x4 much much more to come, sefi converted so far.
            1986 Toyota pickup with LSC wheels and 225/60/16 tires.
            2008 Hyundai Elantra future Revcon toad
            1987 TriBurner and 1986 Alaska stokers keeping me warm. (and some pesky oil heat)

                  Iam in vermillion ohio just off route 2, i don't think mentors too far though, when and wheres this meet? sounds like it'd be something to check out.

                        sounds good i'll letcha know if i can make it when it gets closer to july i need to find a new job first so i can have money, iam also going to South Carolina sometime for an undetermined amount of time to help my buddies sister out and pick up a free S-10 from her husband.
