You know, I'd forgotten that the Marquis could be had as a slicktop at one time. Looks like a base model with the full bench seat and no p/s mirror? Does it have tilt steering?

Fun. It's funny, it wasn't until I bought my '81 LTD that I realized Panthers could be had without tilt steering in the early years. Neat thing about base models is that they tend to be a good bit lighter, as you've probably discovered. By '87 (and maybe sooner), tilt steering and power windows were apparently standard on the LTD, but power mirrors, seats, and locks weren't.

                              welcome to GMN...

keep that car away from GrandMarquisGT... he will want the bumpers... nice Crown Vic... i am guessing its a 1991 due to smaller dash pad and the clear front signals.
