    YO

New here on the site. I started out with a 2002 Grand Marquis softop until my baby was murdered "totaled" as the bullshit insurance said. At first, I was all about wantin it to look nice. Wanting some nice 22"s thrown on it. keep it nice and strait, never race, never do nothing fast basically.

Until someone tries to steal, jack, I dont' know what they wanted, but I ended up slamming my car in reverse making my tires peel out and slide into 2 cars.

With my new car, 2004 Crown Vic LX, I want all speed. I want it to be fast, I was talking to wray-wray about getting Police Interceptor gear on my car.
Hope I'm welcome, I'm looking for lots of information.

Very nice car; I love the color. Perhaps save up for a full Marauder exhaust system and then supercharge the 4.6L? That should wake that car up.

Whats good with the marauder exhaust system? Right now I've got CherryBombs, well not yet, next week with new tips. The exhaust that's on their currently is something but it's deep. I'll make a vid, sounds nice. The owner before me had new hedders put on. I'm not sure what supercharger would fit my car. I heard ford mustang same year as mine would fit, but not sure.

not so sure myself...bout the supercharger...but keep in mind everything else you haft to upgrade when you go the forced induction route(depending on how big you go and how much air your stuffing into the motor you might haft to upgrade the fuel management system(bigger injectors furl rails fuel pump fuel line etc)and you might haft to go with a plug that is one or two steps colder then the ones you have so you don't burn wholes in you pistons) if you throw a super charger on there i wouldn't put police interceptor heads on there because they raise the compression to 10 to 1 ratio. you want like 9 to one or 8.5 to one when running forced induction(supercharger, turbo)

I didn't know you had headers on the car, so you're good with that. An aftermarket Marauder exhaust has full length headers and a dual 3" exhaust. As far as the supercharging goes, I just loosely put that out there. You'd have to change the heads to something with a larger combustion chamber and/or get dished pistons to drop the C/R. Like Wray-Wray said, the fuel delivery would have to be changed in accordance to the fuel requirement of the supercharger. I would imagine that the computer would have to be tuned to the new set-up as well. Though I haven't messed with a newer car and superchargers. I would think that you'd want to get a Paxton, Vortech, Procharger, or any other centrifugal set-up because they are a bit easier to fit under a stock hood. Though with full accessories; this would have to be looked into thoroughly. This is just a suggestion if ya got the budget for it.

i think roush would b a good way to go if he picked up a good set of '04 mustang GT heads and computer....because im fairly sure that the only difference between the mustang 4.6 and the vic 4.6 is the heads and computer im not 100 but i think thats the difference..then all he would haft to do is buy the whole kit from roush....and they make garentee'd emissions safe kits to which i think is cool...
