    Attachment uploading is broken

    We are aware that attachment uploading is presently broken, and we (gadget at the moment) are investigating how to resolve this problem.

    As a temporary measure you can still embed images hosted on other websites, such as imgur or flickr, if there is something you'd like to share but cannot upload.

    Your patience is appreciated and resolution will come soon.

        well, somehow we went from 217k files back to 250k overnight and its back to hitting quota. Where the heck better than 30k files came from overnight I do not know. Time to poke around and see if something is broken in new and different annoying ways I guess.

          Yeah... the entire tree has less than 200K files. Only 99095 files in attachments. We should be well under the file quota.

            I think this is taken care of. We're well under our quota now and some steps have been taken to keep it that way. Its not quite the fix I'd like, but it was the fix that could be managed quickly and effectively.

              It seems to be working for the most part, but the AI bot flood is probably what is causing all of the slowness. Kinda wish we had access to ramdisk for the sessions tree to help with that.
