this'll be a first for me. but im planning on trying to attend. didnt make it last year but hoping '14 is gonna be the year for me. wanna get suspension done on the Merc this summer so hopefully thatll be done before hand so i can showoff my backyard mechanic skills.
on another note ill also be bring the individual who owns the 88 Towny ive been working on.

Sweet! It would be cool to see both your cars, but i assume you will be bringing Alesha, as it is a panther haha. Never seen a 255 before!

255 smaller bore and 289 smaller stroke eh? Strange they bring back the 289 at the time...but the whole thing is strange. Either way, never seen one before!

It'd be a miracle if Charlette made it. She's got alooooot a lot a lot of work before she's ready for highway. But yes Alesha wil be with me and all you mangs finally get to meet me and my ride. As for the motor, I believe the block itself is shorter could be wrong but I believe it is because if it's bored to make it a 302 the cylinder walls get crazy thin. But it does have same layout and most 302 parts fit. For example I have 5.0 mustang shorties on it

The 255 looks like a 302, but it has a turkey pan under the intake. Kinda looks like an Olds or Pontiac engine in that respect. Thats actually the only obvious identifier. That intake is to my knowledge unique to the 255.
