I don't think that was me... I have run low 11s with C clips. I have seen C-clips fail and axles shoot out on Factory Stock 5-speed Mustangs "only" running 12s. Without a trans-brake I don't get too excited about them.Last edited by Mercracer; 07-11-2011, 06:26 PM.Comment

The axle seals/ repair bearings on my white car leak as well.

I believe I will be coming this year. I will have my truck, because I think I will be bringing parts. I'd really like to bring the CS, because I know I'd set a new personal best time for the trip from my house to Scott's. But I don't want to fill it with parts, and I don't need to get pinched for speeding.

i'll be rocking the yoda to the junkyards........just bought a kit to install factory air conditioning, so hopefully it will be cool inside the cab.
1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt
