1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

Well...
We're closing in on a week to go.
I'm not going to commit just yet... I am planning on working (4) 10 hour shifts this coming week, though. I still haven't talked to Nick (about whether he is riding with me or not), made arrangements for sleeping, or decided on a vehicle.
I was thinking of borrowing my old man's P71, just so I'd fit in a little better. Its stock, but it looks spiffy when its all clean. But even if I bring the truck, it would be good for the junkyard run. The truck gets annoying on the highway though, with the single chamber droner. We'll see.

As for myself...if I am coming it will be no sooner than Sunday because I will be in Chicago all of next week for a job in a Church. Flying back in Saturday afternoon...may make it out to Skippyville Sunday morning and stay for a few days. Will see how I feel and how the cars schedule for paint ends up...looks as if it will be in primer for this event.~David~
